Yes, Travelosa Travel Agency offers group travel packages for families, friends, and corporate groups. Our group packages are customizable and can include activities and accommodations that are suitable for all members of the group.
✈️ Flights & Travel Documents
1. Are the package rates guaranteed once I inquire?
All rates are subject to availability and may change without prior notice. Prices are only guaranteed once payment is confirmed and official booking documents are issued.
2. Are airfares guaranteed after I make a reservation?
Airfares are not guaranteed until e-tickets are issued. Airline rates may change at any time prior to issuance, depending on seat availability and travel dates.
3. What should I do if my flight schedule changes?
Airlines may change flight times without prior notice. We recommend checking your flight status at least 24 hours before departure via the airline’s “Manage Booking” page or by contacting us.
Travelosa is not liable for missed tours or transfers due to flight delays or changes, but we will assist you with coordination.
4. What if I arrive late for my flight or check-in?
Please arrive 3 hours before domestic flights and 4 hours before international flights. Late arrivals may result in denied boarding and forfeiture of your ticket value.
5. What identification is required for check-in?
All guests must present a valid passport for international travel and a government-issued ID for domestic travel. For infants, a birth certificate is required.
6. Can minors travel alone?
Minors (below 18 years old) must be accompanied by a parent. If traveling with a guardian, a DSWD clearance, letter of consent, and ID of the parent or guardian are required.
7. What happens if I get offloaded by immigration?
Offloading or denial of entry is beyond our control. All bookings are non-refundable, so please ensure you have complete and valid travel documents before departure.
8. Is travel insurance included in the package?
No. Travel insurance is not included, but we highly recommend purchasing one for full coverage before your trip.
🏨 Hotels & Accommodation
9. What are the standard check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
10. Can I request a specific bed type or room setup?
Yes, but all special requests (e.g., bed type, view, adjoining rooms) are subject to availability upon check-in.
11. Do hotels require a deposit?
Most hotels require a refundable security deposit upon check-in to cover incidental charges or damages.
12. What if I damage or lose hotel property?
Any costs for lost key cards, damaged linens, minibar use, or other incidentals will be charged directly to the guest.
🚌 Tours & Transfers
13. Are tours private or shared?
Our tours and transfers are usually on a seat-in-coach (shared) basis. Private arrangements may be available upon request (with additional cost).
14. What happens if I’m late for my tour or transfer?
Drivers or tour guides will wait a maximum of 10 minutes only. Missed transfers or tours due to tardiness are non-refundable.
15. Can I skip a tour in my package?
Yes, you may choose not to join a scheduled tour; however, unused tours and complimentary add-ons have no cash value and are non-refundable.
Important: If your booking is for a required group tour, participation is expected. If you do not join a mandatory group tour, the supplier may still charge you the tour cost or impose a no-show fee.
16. What if a tour is canceled due to bad weather?
Tours may be rescheduled or adjusted for safety reasons. We will coordinate alternate arrangements whenever possible.
💳 Payment & Booking
17. How do I confirm my booking?
A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation and must be paid on or before the option date stated on your quotation. The remaining balance must be paid within 10 days or 30 days before travel, whichever comes first.
If your travel date is less than 30 days away, full payment is required immediately.
Bookings will only be confirmed upon full payment. After receiving your written confirmation, we will issue an invoice reflecting the total amount due. To guarantee and confirm your reservation, please send a copy of your deposit slip or online transfer confirmation for verification. Once full payment is received, your booking will be finalized.
18. Can prices change before my booking is finalized?

Your booking confirmation or travel voucher will be sent within 5–7 working days after full payment is verified.
For group departures, tickets and vouchers will be released 5–7 days before the travel date.

21. Are personal belongings insured or covered?
No. Guests are responsible for their belongings. Travelosa Travel Agency is not liable for any lost or damaged items.
22. Can I make special requests for my trip (meals, upgrades, etc.)?
Yes, you may. We will forward your requests to the relevant suppliers, but approval is subject to their availability.
